Course Overview:
This is a 2 day classroom interactive course aimed at enhancing communication, leadership and presentation skills, which in turn will strengthen moral, productivity and efficiency within your organisation.
Who is this program for?
Ideal for existing and aspiring Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders. For example if you have a skilled and experienced team member that is now in a team leader role but needs some guidance to lead effectively, or if you have been in a leadership role for some time and would benefit from some fresh ideas to lead with inspiration then this is the course you’ve been waiting for!

The course runs for 2 days, and upon successful completion you will be awarded a participation certificate.

The basics of influence, structuring and compelling conversation, frameworks for impact communication, building confidence and presence, tools for engaging decisions, persuasion strategies, handling objections- conflict and difficult questions, communicating effectively to your team and your own line manager, team well being and support, overcoming barriers and presenting skills.
